Ideas on human conscious evolution in terms of an approach I've developed which I call Spectrum Counseling; this involves: conflict resolution, martial arts, meditation methods, mindbody strategies, and tranformational learning. This effort is for human beings who wish to encourge, stimulate, discover, and explore the potential of conscious evolution within themselves.

Developing exceptional qualities of the highest caliber and potential is a never ending journey on the Path of Enlightenment. Those who engage in practicing transformational learning, are involved in the Work of what may be called, Tantra, a form of continuity in their everyday lives, conceptualized as being on the Path, towards profound aspirations. This is, in Reality, the best Work for one's Higher Nature or Self, and Others, simultaneously. From this comes a natural blossoming of being, a consciously evolved outcome. When this process is fully realized experientially, transformational learning becomes embedded in the cells of those involved, and enlightened action, among other aspects of human exemplars appears. This activity then flows effectively in any situation, at any time, under any circumstances.
As in any truly professional endeavor, travelling on the Path of Enlightenment requires knowledge of correct approach, so that not too much time, if any, is wasted. Transformational learning tends to create new neural networks, or mappings in the brain, that may ultimatley lead to wisdom.
