Ideas on human conscious evolution in terms of an approach I've developed which I call Spectrum Counseling; this involves: conflict resolution, martial arts, meditation methods, mindbody strategies, and tranformational learning. This effort is for human beings who wish to encourge, stimulate, discover, and explore the potential of conscious evolution within themselves.

Human conscious evolution is occurring within us regardless of whether or not we are aware of this process. It is a self-organizing actvity, built into our being. This energy is a relentless driving force which moves us, at varying times, across the ages, in a conscious effort to harness and channel the illuminating powers, infinite in nature, that have generated our efforts, good and bad, as we define them. Transformation toward Enlightenment is inexorably linked to primordial potential in the Universe at large. We are That!
