Ideas on human conscious evolution in terms of an approach I've developed which I call Spectrum Counseling; this involves: conflict resolution, martial arts, meditation methods, mindbody strategies, and tranformational learning. This effort is for human beings who wish to encourge, stimulate, discover, and explore the potential of conscious evolution within themselves.

In terms of Intra-Human Communications, we work internally. After all, we are one, are we not? Yet, although we are one in Essence, we are also, on close examination of ourselves, a multliplicity. I created the phrase, intra-human communications, in Spectrum Counseling, as a descriptor for exploration and discovery within one's Self. Most of us recognize intuitively, various aspects of ourselves which are manifested in the world, for example, with respect to our professional, social and personal relationships. We are also aware of the often veiled internal energy patterns of positive and negative emotions. This array is one of several, which often determines our actions. These facets of the human condition can be creatively transformed into life enhancing qualities by skilfully practicing intra-humnan communications.
The practice involves a combination of disciplines extracted and synthesized from Eastern and Western sacred psychologies, and presented for use under the heading of, Spectrum Counseling. This requires the implementation of a unique Meditation Matrix of varying complexity, internally generated, in order to explore one's Higher Nature, or Self.

In Inter-Human Communications, the quality of information content presented is related primarily to the Essence of Communication. This Essence exists in practically everything, everywhere, however, It is often hidden or veiled, and needs to be extracted for It's benefits. In most communication formats and applications used in our times, It is not obvious. There are indications of a Presence on emergenece of this Essence. These indicators have been prevalent across time, and are ongoing in the influence which the Teachings of Enlightenment have had, and currently has, on all areas of human activity, in terms of the best elements of being which humanity has produced in all cultures.
Enhanced communications at all levels of our existence may be accomplished by becoming aware of this Presence of Essence, regardless of the topologies of negative energies which often generate dynamic ignorance and apparent chaos among people. History and current events contain many examples of human suffering. There is a Way beyond suffering! Find the Way, Follow the Path.
The word, communications, from a professional perspective, usually brings to mind various forms of media characteristics, involved with many types of mass messagaes and information, ranging through printed formats, and the myriad high tech presentations which use the electromagnetic spectrum, including computers and television.
These ways of communicating are relatively valid, useful and necessary in our modern societies, and may be defined as, Inter-Human Communications, or that which occurs between external entities (ExEnts). Inter-Human Communications describes individuals, groups, or organizations engaged in information exchange.
In contrast, there is a form of communication which is not widely practiced. From the point of view of Spectrum Counseling, this particular form is crucial to the survival of humanity in terms of conscious evolution. A new phrase has been created to indicate this idea. It is Intra-Human Communications, or that which occurs within ExEnts, and in particular, within individuals.

New learning often implies the use of technical terms. This phrase carries several contextual meanings. Technical terms may mean words, or equations, which express specific, and often, highly symbolic meaning. In Spectrum Counseling there are ideas that are unique in terms of our focus on personal enlightenment. Spectrum refers to Light, illumination, and extended concepts of similar orientation. Counseling is self explanatory from a psychological perspective. Put these two ideas together and Spectrum Counseling emerges as a Way of Self Counsel which, when practiced, can generate enlightened personal growth, and other outcome frames related to wise activity. Three major knowledge areas must be explored: Communications, Human Systems, Information Systems. (Chi~Qi~Ki = Universal Energy)
In this context, the 'Q' in'Qi', is pronounced as the 'Ch' in 'Chi'. These are transliterations of the Chinese sound. Ki (pronounced as, 'Key'), is the Japanese sound of this same Energy.
